SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Whoopi Prosecco Pasta With Grandma Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) starts on April 25th, 2024 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on May 5th , 2024 at 11:59 p.m. ET (“Sweepstakes Period”). The Sponsor’s computer or that of its designee is the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes.

ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania in the  United States, 21 years of age or older as of date of entry. Employees of Whoopi Prosecco, their subsidiaries, distributors, affiliates, promotion and advertising agencies, and members of their immediate family (spouse and parent, children and siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household, whether or not related, of such employees, are not eligible to enter or win. Participation in the Sweepstakes per account is only eligible once a day during the Sweepstakes period. If you have received a prize from Sponsor within the past six (6) months in connection with another Sponsor promotion, you are not eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes or receive a prize. Void where prohibited by law. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. The Sweepstakes is void outside the four (4) States listed in the United States and where prohibited by law. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Inc. You understand that you are providing your information to Sponsor and not to Facebook or Instagram.  Whoopi Goldberg is not affilitated or held personally responsible to fulfill this sweepstakes.  Whoopi Goldberg will not appear or attend any events and is not part of any prize pack.

HOW TO ENTER:

1. INSTAGRAM ENTRY: Online instagram.com/whoopi.prosecco or Instagram.com/pastawithgrandma entries must have an Instagram account, which is free. An Instagram account can be obtained by going to www.instagram.com and entering information in the ‘Sign Up’ form on the first page. Instagram, located at www.instagram.com, is not affiliated with and does not endorse or sponsor the Sweepstakes and is not subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.  Instagram accounts are governed by the Instagram privacy policy (https://www.instagram.com/about/legal/privacy/). Once entrant has an Instagram account, Entrant can go to www.instagram.com/whoopi.prosecco (the “Instagram Sweeps”) at any time during the Sweepstakes Period. To participate, each entrant must do the following: (a) INSTAGRAM: visit and follow the Whoopi Prosecco (USA) Instagram Feed @whoopi.prosecco at www.instagram.com/whoopi.prosecco b) Like the Sweepstakes post and comment on the Sweepstakes post @tagging a friend. Each entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the natural person assigned to the Instagram account associated with the entry. No software-generated, robotic, programmed, script, macro or other automated online or text message entries are permitted. Or (c) if entrant would like to enter the sweepstakes without following, liking or tagging someone on the Instagram post, the entrant may enter by mailing a sweepstakes entry form (providing your name, address, telephone number, date of birth) to Tiny Bubbles, LLC attn Sweepstakes, 8 The Green, Suite 13202, Dover, DE 19901.

ALTERNATIVE ENTRY: To enter via mail, you may send a letter containing your name, phone number, address, e-mail address, and age (“Official Paper Entry Form”) to: Tiny Bubbles, LLC attn Sweepstakes, 8 The Green, Suite 13202, Dover, DE 19901.ALL PAPER ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY 11:59pm (PST) ON May 5, 2024. ONLY ONE ENTRY PER HOUSEHOLD WILL BE ACCEPTED ACROSS ALL ENTRY METHODS.

RANDOM DRAWING & PRIZE:

1 Winner (1) winner will be selected at the end of the period in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received throughout the Sweepstakes Period to win a prize totaling an approximate $500 value. The prize includes two (2) tickets to the 2024 Pasta With Grandma class scheduled for May 11, 2024 in New York, NY (the “Class”), two (2) rolling pins, and a $100 gift card to cover gas or parking.

WINNER NOTIFICATION:

INSTAGRAM: The potential winner will be notified via direct message and is required to respond within 48 hours of time of issuance. If the potential winner does not respond, Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner or a potential winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s discretion, an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

PRIZE CONDITIONS: Valid only in the U.S.A. and are void where prohibited. All federal, state and local taxes and all other costs associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners may not substitute, assign or transfer prize or redeem prize for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Total ARV of each prize approximately: $500.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating, each entrant agrees: (a) to abide by these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects relating to this Sweepstakes; (b) to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, Whoopi Goldberg,  Pasta With Grandma, Facebook, Instagram, their affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, and the respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents and representatives of the forgoing (collectively, “Released Parties”) from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any awarded prize; and (c) to the use of his/her name, voice, performance, photo, image, entry, and/or likeness for programming, advertising, publicity and promotional purposes in any and all media, now or hereafter known, worldwide and on the Internet, and in perpetuity by Sponsor and its designees, without compensation (unless prohibited by law) or additional consents from entrant or any third party and without prior notice, approval or inspection, and to execute specific consent to such use. By participating, entrants also agree not to release any publicity or other materials on their own or through someone else regarding their participation in the Sweepstakes without the prior consent of the Sponsor, which it may withhold in its sole discretion. By participating each entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claim made for prizes lost or otherwise lost or damaged in transit. IN ADDITION, NO IMPLIED OR EXPRESS WARRANTY FOR PRIZES IS GIVEN.

MISCELLANEOUS: Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, or garbled Entries or codes, or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, photos, the announcement of the prizes, or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to any person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or website, who act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated Entries will be void. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes (or portion thereof) and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winners from all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to action taken. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK ANY AND ALL REMEDIES AVAILABLE FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

Ticket delivery method is at sole discretion Whoopi Prosecco.  Winner and guest must abide by all Class/venue policies. Pasta With Grandma reserves the right to revoke full or partial prize from any winner or winner’s guest who it and/or Class/venue personnel deem may, in their sole discretion, be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any Class/venue policy or law, and/or may bring Pasta With Grandma or the Class into disrepute. Winner and guest must sign and return a release before prize can be awarded. Winner and guest must have all necessary photo identification (e.g., a valid state-issued driver’s license or Real ID-compliant license or ID) required for age verification and identification purposes. Resale of tickets is prohibited. By claiming tickets, you agree to EventBrite Terms of Use and to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the Class, which may include, but not be limited to, wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 status. Should the Class be cancelled, you will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.

ARBITRATION: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participant agrees that (1) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and held at the AAA regional office nearest the participant; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys' fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with participating in this Sweepstakes), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

CHOICE OF LAW: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the Commonwealth of New York, USA.

ENTRANT'S PERSONAL INFORMATION: Information collected from entrant is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy as noted on www.whoopiprosecco.com.  Sponsor agrees not to share or sell entrants information.
